BlueRay to DVD?

Hi guys
can you rip BlueRay to dual DVD?
if so what prog is the best to do so.

What do you mean by DVD?
Video-DVD –> in standard MPEG-2 format?
Data-DVD –> which contains a 1080p/720p x264 BluRay rip?

He wants to fill a complete double layer disc, so it’s possible to aim ~8100MiB.

I think you would also need a BluRay Burner. And you would have to compress the file quite a bit.
