Excel spreadsheet sharing online?

Hi Guys,
I need some help.
I have a excel document with lot of formulas and I want to share it with a friend of mine. Google docs is amazing but doesn’t support large number of formulas. I looked at zoho and etc. But no joy. I’m looking for a good online excel sharing system where I can share the doc with more than one person simultaneously
Any help ?
I’m willing to pay for the service if necessary.
