How to use .CRC file

i got these 2 files
9Merrys3264-Seeeeler.iso
9Merrys3264-Seeeeler.iso.crc
how to verify the iso using the second file. i tried many apps but none of them helpful.

I use hashtab so i can just check the crc and md5 from the properties window in Windows. if the .crc file is plaintext you can open it and manually compare.
