Copying iPhone contacts to Address Book (mac)

Hey guys – I bought a new MacBook Pro, and I’d like to sync all my contacts from my iPhone to the Address Book. Is there a way to do that? I have looked everywhere on the internet but I can’t seem to find an easy way. Also, I don’t want to do it via Mobile me, so if you guys know any other way, id highly appreciate it!

It should do it automaticly via iTunes , just plug it n open iTunes Go to iPhone in iTunes , then click in ( info ) n click whatever u want to do n it’s ready to sync.
