i need a program…

i downloaded Resident Evil, but the characters move super fast! and i don’t know how to change that. i read on gamefaqs.com that there is a program that will slow it down, but the guy never put a link

Go here and download the Cpukiller program. It will enable you to slow your computer down in order to play older games. When you have finished playing, just close the program, and your computer will return to normal. This is a trial 30 day version

Found this,just install [DO NOT START]copy cracked exe to program folder
