Weird thing happening with my keyboard keys

my @ key has been swapped with the ” key
this isvery bizarre.. how can i reverse these back? is their a config tool somewhere?
i am using vista 64

Different countries have a different keyboard configuration you’ll need to go into control panel and change what country you set Vista up for. xx

for classic view in control panel
start – control panel – regional and language options – keyboards and languages – add
and then put your language and make it default input language
for control panel home start – control panel – change keyboard or other input methods – keyboards and languages – add
