Setup.Exe not opening

Hey, does anyone know why I might be getting the following error message when I try to run the setup file within the ISO?: “This installer must be run by disk #1. Please insert that disk and try again”
Any help would be great, thanks!

You didnt say what this is. an ISO could be anything you can think of.
here are 2 things you could try, but I dont know what is in your ISO

1-right click the setup.exe “RUN AS ADMIN”
2-Mount the ISO on a virtual drive and your ISO should pop up the “auto run” window

it’s not a multi-disk program your installing, is it?
if it isn’t, just copy the contents of the CD, onto your computer and run the setup.exe from there.
you could also check that the setup.exe isn’t already running in the background
(I’m assuming your using windows)
press ctrl+shift+esc to open your task manager and check
