as in like rapidshare were ppl upload files? your gona get shut down. we all know that rapidshares main use is for but they can stay afloat because they delete the files and say your not aloud to upload

Try Offshore Hosting Solutions. They offer dedicated servers and allow hosting. However, it’ll be hard for you to find such a cheap dedicated server, especially if you want a managed one. I think that their minimum is $139.95 for an unmanaged basic hosting solution:
CPU: Sempron 3100+ RAM:2GB HDD:2 x 80GB SATA
Bandwidth:2,000GB
It’ll be hard to find a good offshore host that allows and is cheap. Good luck mate ^_^
