Jailbreak ipod touch 8GB 3G?

i wann jailbreak my ipod touch. its the 8gb one and i think its the ‘3G’ one but i heard that the 8gb’s are just rebranded 2g?
so does that mean i can jailbreak it like you would jailbreak a 2g ipod touch and it will be untethered?

Not to sure what about what you just said there. But, if your saying are you able to jailbreak a ‘2G’ iPod, yes I think that you can.

2G is untethered jailbroken. 3g is tethered.
Use blackra1n either way. So simple.

use the 3G software that can be found on nearly every page of the “Mac and Other OSes ” section, or u may have problmes later on

I prefer restoring with a pwned .ipsw, but like I said, any of the aforementioned ways will work.

mm but its a bit hard and youve gotta have the .ipsw file there to do it, where with blackra1n you dont need anything it will just do it auto
i reckon it is fail proof
