Blutooth not working for dell N5110

Hi everyone, yeps i have a laptop, dell N5110 , i have downloaded the soft for blutooth on the official site of dell , but i cannot install it as there is always problem with it , it stops halfs the installation, i have read loads on google , it may be a fabrication prob from dell itself , but it would be great if someone may help me to have the soft for blutooth or a substitute for it ,or may help me in it

Bluetooth was optional are you sure yours has it
