i got a virus on my laptop and cant get rid off does anyone know a good progam i have secuity system but got to pay for it toclean the i nfect. does anyone have a actvation code for it
i download spyware removal but the laptop wont let me open it i cant even open windows media player

Scan your computer using a decent Anti-Virus such as Kaspersky.

Registry Mechanic :

Run registry clean + defrag with registry mechanic.
Go on Safe mode and do a full system scan with NOD32.

okay i clea the virus but when i open normal i get A BLUE SCREEN and cant read what it says then it shuts off and i cant get online in normal

Try Hirens Boot CD 9.9, boot from it when you start up computer. Run Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes, ComboFix, SuperAntispyware and there are other programs in it to run. http://www.google.com?t=2812304&highlight=
But easiest thing to do is just to reformat, delete partition, create new one, format it, and install Windows again
