Xbox 360 Three Red Lights

Ive been through all of the internet stuff about three red lights. It all amounts to taking apart your xbox, or sending it to ms. However, i got my xbox off ebay, and when i try to register my warranty on xbox.com it says theres an error. So i guess its not in warranty. Either way ms takes the cake in repairing xbox’s. I was just wondering if anyone new a fix for this specific secondary error code 0021. About disk drive not syncing after flashing, or something like that. Ive read into it and they go on about reflashing custom firmware, But i havent flashed my xbox to start with. Theres also something about a certain chip on the south board. Does anyone know anything about fixing this error? Or know anywhere that could repair it for a reasonable amount?

don’t buy second hand and it is a xbox dude i call it S word box 360….

I got it when they first came out, it was either the high price tag of a new one without games, or the reasonable tag with games. Either way i think i’d be in the same situation. I dont really wanna get it repaired by microsoft, as my friend is currently getting their’s repaired, and its taken a month with still no result.
Does anyone know a trustworthy company that can repair an xbox 360 for a decent price?

I got given an xbox 360 that was flashing three red lights, I did some reasearch and I found the best way to fix my problem was to strip the xbox down to its board and then heat the board up with a heat gun. I cooked both sides of the board for about a min and then left it to cool down for an hour. To be honest I thought it wouldn’t work at all but it did and it’s still working to this day, free xbox 360 .

yo i have the same problem except i just flashed my drive. but the funny part is that when i was flashing it when i turned it on it started to flash three red lights before even flashing. anther funny thing is that when i turn my xbox on the fans kind of lag ……….. and when i turn it off the fans dont shut down till about 2 to 3 seconds.. plz reply or pm me if u find a permanent fix or anything…thx
