Android .apk question

August 29th, 2013

So I found the .apk for a game I wanted (Real Football 11) and installed the game successfully.
After opening it, I found that this is one of those games that require you to download the actual game files after installing the .apk (example of one of these games is games made by Glu).
So my question is, does download this 100 MB+ worth of files for this game make it not free anymore? Will I get charged?
edit: I think the game files are called SD files

Answer #1
anyone know the answer?
Answer #2
No you won’t be charged if your connected to wifi, if you use your mobile data you’ll only pay if you don’t have 100mb of data on your contract.
Answer #3
Can anyone confirm that they wont make me pay for the app?
Answer #4
Lol, no you won’t get charge they are just files needed for the game to run, worst case scenario is that they’ll find out you have a pirated version and the game won’t work. Trust me I’ve been downloading .apks and installing like that for so long now.
Answer #5
they can’t charge you because, normally when you buy apps you buy them through the market.
which requires a credit card.
so if it does wanna charge itll take you to market. (don’t think i’ve ever heard of a app that does that though, so you should be fine)
so yea. just try.
