[urgent]Mathematical problem …

My girlfriend’s sister asked me to solve 2 logaritmic funtions as she needs to study for her test … the thing is … I’m supposed to remember all that stuff even if it has been 5 years since I last did anything concerning logaritmics.
So I hereby ask anybody smart enough to solve the following equation as I can’t remember as good as anything about logaritmics.

and why did you bother posting to the reply about him bothering posting to the bothering posting?. That’s even more complicated than logs sigh logs suck. but with regards to the question, do the numbers before the log mean to the power of? Cause then i’ve never seen that notation before.
