Need help from someone who know Arabic or maybe Persian

Hi,
I need to download few files from a forum which is in Arabic and the forum requires registration.
To prevent spam there is a random question which is in Arabic and so I can’t register over there.
If anyone knows Arabic and can help me I will be grateful
