Ebay Sellers Help Please

April 6th, 2019

Hey guys,
I recently sold an old video game on ebay and need to now ship it.
Can someone please explain the steps I need to take to ship it? Thank you!

Answer #1
Put it in a box.
Take it to the post office.
Answer #2
Don’t forget to tape it up.
Answer #3
Depending on how you stated you would ship, go back into ebay and post tracking number and mark as shipped.
Answer #4
Put it in a bubble wrap envelope with a piece of cardboard either side for stiffners (might get damaged in transit) then take it to the post office and send it 2nd class parcel or by whichever means you said in the eBay listing.
Make sure you get a receipt from the Post Office just in case there is any comeback and if you sent it recorded you will need the receipt for the tracking number.
If it was paid for through PayPal, open your PayPal account (My Account tab)
then 1) Order status/Actions
2) Print postage label (click on the little arrow to see the drop down box)
3) Mark as sent (when this opens check the little button for either recorded or non recorded mailing – enter tracking number if you sent it recorded)
That’s it, PayPal will send your buyer an eMail saying it’s been sent.
For eBay:
Under Selling Reminders there should be:
I need to post 1 item. Purchase and print postage label.
Click on the highlighted – 1 item (should be in blue). This will take you to you list of items to be posted (in your case there should only be one)
Click on – More Actions (dropdown box)
Click on – Mark as dispatched That’s it.
Answer #5
When I go to print the shipping label via PayPal why does it tell me I have to purchase it?
And it costs almost 10 bucks to ship it accross like 4 states? wtf
Answer #6
Package it extremely carefully, place it in a box and bring it down to the post office. Do it the cheapest way you possible can or whatever way you stated on ebay. As well tell them it’s fragile, so they will be more careful with it.
