Need help with Thief 3 – Deadly Shadows

The intro movie keeps playin over and over again..Holding the Esc key down shows the game menu,once i let the Esc key go the intro mov just plays again..
btw when i’m holding the Esc key i can see the game menu,but clicking on anything in the menu results in the game crashing…Screenie below

hmm i havet got a clue thir, sometimes games just dont work, different os, different files different setting can all effect this and sometimes its just bad luck i know it sucks its hapened to me
