Ringtones

I’m trying to convert a ringtone i found, to MP3. my blackberry won’t play it. I think its in a iphone type format (whatever that is).
I googled it, but they want to create ringtones from mp3, i want the opposite. Ive search on here for converters, but dont know where to start. Can anyone suggest a program or site where i can convert?

iPhone ringers are .m4r…is that what you have?

Yeah I just looked and it a m4r file! Means nothing to me lol
