LCD monitor driver

Guys I have IBM LCD 18″ MONITOR. The problem is that windows installs the driver twice, I don’t know why? How can I fix this?

Install your video card driver or your mobo on board one

what’s \listed under “? other dvices” ?
uninstall both those P&P monitor drivers and reboot
that should reinstall just 1
but the ones there are no big deal as I’ve seen 6 or 7 P&P monitors at 1 time, but only one gets used

the other devices is the RAID CONTROLLER
Once I installed a fresh copy of Windows XP, it installed the correct driver for the monitor (IBM L180), then I installed another copy, it installs a P&P driver now and twice. I don’t know what went wrong?

It’s probably just because your GFX card has two outputs (most have), so windows loads two screens here in case you plug in another.

ok, but when I run Photoshop cs4, it says the monitor driver is defective, try to use your monitor calibration software.!!!!!!!!!!!
