How would I install this. Thanks.
I do not have Vista but I’ve seen instructions here.

That theme looks sharp, I like dark themes. First you install the font double click on it and it should install. Then the system files (x64 or x86 depending on what you got) to C:\Windows. Then, the in the VisualStyles folder, you copy the contents, ThaImpact and ThaImpact AT to: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes. Then right click on your desktop and select Personalize, then Themes, and ThaImpact and ThaImpact AT should be in the pull-down Theme list. Just select it and click on Apply.
I have done everything apart from replacing explorer as I cannot get permission. Also ThaImpact AT is not in the drop down menu. Cheers for your help so far
I am guessing that that theme is for xp not vista. That may be the problem lol.
True. But I also forgot to mention that Microsoft don’t want people installing themes except theirs so they put in a protection scheme to prevent that. You have to replace three dll files to use custom themes.
uxtheme.dll
shsvcs.dll
themeui.dll
You can get them here:
Uxtheme Files for Vista SP2 or SP3 32-bit
http://www.mediafire.com/?tinm15lnzwz
Uxtheme Files for Vista SP2 or SP3 64-bit

Detailed Instructions
1. Login as a user with Administrative privileges -or- have Administrative user name and password ready.
2. Navigate to %systemroot%\System32
3. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
4. Take ownership of the file and close dialogs.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll
6. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
7. Give yourself (or group) Full Control permissions and close dialogs.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll.
9. Rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old.
10. Rename themeui.dll to themeui.old.
11. Rename shsvcs.dll to shsvcs.old.
12. Copy patched files into %systemroot%\System32
13. Reboot (required)
Now you have the freedom to use custom theme/visual styles in Vista.
