Risks of UPLOADING warez

So, I’m a new uploader, and before I get too much into it, I think it would be best for me to figure out the risk/reward system. Can anyone fill me in on this? I’m looking for uploading only, I know most of the risk/reward for downloading. Also, what are the best ways to upload to rapidshare and avoid being caught? would a Proxy help(I wouldn’t think so, but maybe)

Actually, most risk is in uploading, not downloading. Proxy won’t help, and will make your upload speed verry slow, but look at it this way, chech the amount of links all over the web, how many people have you head of being caught? Most that get caught use p2p.

Do you know of any good ways to upload to rapidshare to minimize chances of getting caught? Like, I mean, this may sound bad, but upload it by using my neighbors wifi or something?

Lol, using sombody’s wifi without them knowing is even more illegal then uploading + there will be evidence of you using the wifi. Use remote upload or get a server so you can transfer files to the server and from the server to rs.

It’s not actually illegal if the network is not secured. The responisibility is entirely with the network/IP address owner.

In the UK it is theft and illegal just as you cant rob a bank because the door was left open

If RapidShare detects on your account they will just delete it. They won’t contact your ISP.

Yes it is, same as you aren’t allowed to steal a car just because the door isn’t unlocked.
Routers keep track of every mac adress that accesses the router,
