C++ 2005 Redistributeable help!

Installation stalls and crashes! I am in DESPERATE need of this package, is there any way to install the package manually? The install wizard stalls and crashes every time, after a reset; still same error. Even tried x64 instead of x86, still was taking none of it.
Even tried installing Visual Studio C++ 2005, still nothing!!

first of , theres a major diffrence between visual studio and
visual c++ runtime its simply not the same,visual c++ (a part
of visual studio) is for programming/compiling while the runtime is just a small collection of DLL files that are needed to run programs
that were coded in that language (visual c++) download the vc++ 2008 runtime
x86 (32 bit)

choose according to the OS
if from whatever reason the 2008 ver wont cut it
then you can try the 2005 one,its available for 32 bit only

That’s what I’m saying, I’ve tried the 2008 and 2005, 32bit and 64bit redistributable packs, and the installers all crash. I meant I tried those first, then even tried installing Visual C++, but nothing.
