New processor missing file amdk8.sys

I’ve just got my new processor but im having problems with it when windows loads after i login i get an error saying “File not found amdk8.sys” and then my computer just turns off? Does anyone have this file that i can copy into my system32 folder? The processor is
AMD 6400 X2 64 Dual core

What BIOS are you using? If your using BIOS 22, this should help.

Edit: Thanks i’ve got my PC working, but i think i will need to cool it down as its running at 89c

get the chip set drivers for you motherboard
boot to safe mode
install them
re-boot
