Red Alert 3 Mouse Issue/Problem

When I play the game in skirmish everything runs great except that maybe every 30 seconds the mouse doesn’t want to click on anything on the map for around 10 seconds.
It’s a constant, very annoying loop which drives me crazy!
Anyone experience this or maybe has a solution?

What version do you have it updated to and what crack are you using?
I believe that if you update to V 1.12 it will fix your problem.
