How do I put downloaded apps and games on to iPod Touch?

I have jail broken my iPod touch and I have installed Cydia, Rock and Icy. Now how can I put the games that I downloaded from rapidshare on to the iPod? the videos on youtube tell you how to download stuff by using cydia there are not any video that tell you how to transfer apps and games from the computer to iPod

when it was not jail broken I was getting the error (0x8888047129) so after jail breaking and installing cydia and stuff I should be able to transfer without this error riht? cool ill try it tomorrow

You need to download a free app from itunes first, then it should work

Okay, here’s what you have to do.
1. Download Blackra1n from:
www.blackra1n.com
And jailbreak, which you have done.
2. Open Blackra1n on your iPhone (a black rain drop icon), Select Cydia > Install.
And you’ve stated that you’ve completed this step.
3. After the restart > tap Blackra1n icon again > uninstall Blackra1n (optional).
4. Open Cydia > Manage > Sources > Add.
5. Now add this source:
cydia.hackulo.us
6. Search for ‘AppSync’ and install it.
7. You’re all done! Drag cracked apps into iTunes and sync them or use ‘Installous’ (also available on hackulo.us, it enables you to download apps directly to your device) to download them.
8. Celebrate… 😀

you can also use installous. which is what i use. .it let’s you download the apps straight from your ipod. and as for getting them on the ipod from the computer just plug in the ipod right click on it in itunes and click on transfer purchases let it do it’s thing and then just sync the apps downloaded from the computer
