WordPress Setup Help: Whats this and how do i change it..

hello. I’m new to all this, any issues what this is and how do i change it. I hovered over it and it said something like change picture, i clicked cancel or something now the box doesnt appear when i move the mouse pointer over it…

It is the profile picture of the author. You can edit it in wp-admin/options-discussion.php
