LG IPS237L vs LG D2343P

As name of topic says Im about to buy an new monitor but Im not sure which one to choose. Both look pretty nice but 2nd one got 3D option + dual play. The question is -> is there any difference in matrix in these monitors ? coz if not Im pretty sure I will buy D2343P one. Ofcourse Im open to your suggestions guys. Hope that you can help me choose it asap coz I want to order it tomorrow

both of these are pretty same price and that’s max I can spent on monitor now ~arround 250$
