you try it on other computer? ...
Yes, do that.
If still noisy, they must be faulty, so take them back to the shop or whatever..

That noise indicates a grounding problem. Try a rear USB port.

It might be caused by another external device with bad grounding too, Try disconnecting non-essential ones. Start with your speakers.
Edit: If you touch the back of the case, You don’t get zapped do you?

I am not understanding which 1 might have bad grounding !! …only modem, monitar and keyboard mouse is connected with the cabinet. When I am touching the case, I can feel electricity !!!

Does your PC connect to the mains with a standard 3 pin connecting cable that plugs into a 3 pin earthed mains socket ?

You should order an electrician as soon as possible!
Sounds to me like you have a grounding problem on the wall outlet.

A STRANGE thing is that….. I had a old logitech usb headset. I put it..the mic is working fine
Answer #15
Well, It doesn’t change the facts. You verified the headset is working fine on your friend’s PC, Plus you get electric shock when touching the case (which should never happen, unless you got bad grounding) so you should really have an electrician look into it! Make sure he checks all outlets in the house and not just the PC one.
