bittorrent 7.7.2 slows down computer

Hello,
when i run bitTorrent 7.7.2 e..very..thing e..lse… is run..ning some..how l..ike thi..s….
slo..w ..and slu..ggish. al..ways li..ttle free..zes….
and when i pause the downloads the laptop is running smooth again.
anyone knows what to do whith this ?

Require FULL specs, not just “Toshiba Satelite”.
CPU / RAM / HDD etc etc etc.
Have you tried any other torrent programs, such as uTorrent ?

no, i did not try other torrent programs, im kind of used to bittorrent…

hm,ok, i am checking out uTorrent… so far so good. looks more stable. i hope it stays that way.

first uTorrent worked fine but the problem came back after a while…
dont know what to do with this:/ ill keep looking for hours agaaaain , cus it seems im not the only one with this issue. but i cant see a solution so far on the net… hmrr, this is really getting
