Building a desktop.

So my friend and I are wondering to build a computer tower. CPUIntel Quad core or AMD Phenom II X4 or better
RAM4G or more
Video CardnVidia Geforce 8800GT or AMD Radeon HD 4850 or better
Hard Disk15GB or more
OSWindow XP, Vista or Window 7(32/64bit)
DirectX9.0c
These are the specs recommended to play “Blade and Soul”. We are within the 500-1000 dollar price range. We are looking for the cheapest but most reliable build. Also to include we are looking to play future games.

First off, that build may have been good, 5 years ago, and I hope the “15gb hard drive” was a typo
i5 3330 or any other i5 (sandy/ivy bridge)
Any decent looking motherboard that is socket 1155
OR
AMD FX-4300
any decent looking motherboard that is AM3+
8gbs of ddr3 1600mhz RAM (ram is cheap these days)
HD 7850 or GTX 660
Spinpoint F3 or WD Caviar Black 500gb-1tb
PSU –> Get a 600w+ from Antec, Seasonic, Corsair
Any case that looks nice.

Do your self a big favor, and make sure to NOT get AMD.

if u wanna save cash an AMD bulldozer with an alright GPU would be fine really.
heck my phenom II still puts up a battle.

why not AMD 6100? pretty much the same price isnt it? what is the difference. sorry dont know much about building desktop. oh i’m the other friend of the TS.
