Question Regarding Ripped Game : NBA Live 2007

Hi there, I hope you can help me out with something I am having trouble with, & thanks in advance. You see, I’ve just finished downloading EA Sports NBA Live 2007 PC game & I’m very happy with the way it plays.
The install went smoothly & basically I’m happy with how it works.
But since it is a ripped game, it held none of the game’s tracks therefore no background music, & it also did not have any commentaries with it.
I was wondering if there was a way to download the files that are lacking in this copy? & Install it in my game so I can play it just like the full version?
I am not sure if this is possible, but I have seen some other ripped games having their music available for downloading so I am wishing it is the same for this game too. If this is possible, I really need a push towards the right direction, & maybe a little clue to where I could possibly find files like these, thanks very much for the help!
