Activate Windows 7 Alrady Activated

when I installed windows 7 x64 I already removed WAT with the remove Wat thing. Now my pic was having some problem starting up so I lauched the start up diagnose thing and it fixed it. When windows restarted I got the register windows thing. Now the remove Wat says Wat is already removed. Should I restor WAT and then remove again or what do I do here?

Use MBR regenerator to remove the current activator:
