visa card help

so i bought an item online then about 2 days latter i bought another item from the same site but it turns out they are out of stock so they email me saying they would refund both transactions right away so its been 2 maybe 3 days and i have only got the refund back for the first item i thought if they gave me a refund for both items that i would get both payment back at the same time anybody know whats going on or dose it take longer to process 2 refunds

well if the purchases were 2 days apart it’s only logical that the refunds will be too. Seperate transactions can’t be refunded in the same refund. They have to be refunded seperately aswell. If they havent both appeared on lets say tue or wed contact the shop again.

If both refunds were done at the same time for the same amount and from the same place you might not get the 2nd refund I had the same issue in store I brought something back for a refund but instead of the cashier doing a refund she put it through as a sale with my card! So she did one refund first and then another one straight after but I only got the one refund to my account!
Had to go back with my bank statements after 10 days or so and then they did another refund and this time I got it.
