How Do I Monitor Bandwidth On My Router ?

Hi
I want to know is there a way of monitoring how much I download through my router (Billion 7800n) ?.
I know there are programs that monitor how much you download on your pc,but i stream a lot of tv shows to my tv and that bypasses the computer,so i need to monitor what my router downloads.
I have looked but cant find a solution to this,is there one ?

You want a SNMP monitoring app. PRTG is a good one:

Have you looked through the configuration pages of the router, sometimes it will show there. Not too sure about that one you have.
