Malware bytes is a great program to track and delete trojans. Try it, it is free. – A great advice would be to stop using Norton, it is one of the worse Antiviruses, i would recommend: Avast, AVG or Kaspersky.

* Norton Internet Security. :-/ I’d get rid of that Norton junk software. It just isn’t in it to win it.
➜ At least get AVIRA free anti virus. Works nicely.. it’s free… doesn’t expire or want money later on like Norton will indeed.
http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus
or umm.. maybe Avast. if you’d like that better. But I recommend Avira though.
www.avast.com/new
Avira was best on my test.. of downloading viruses and trojans on purpose.
Bitdefender failed the worst. AVG free has also gotten worse as well. fails in finding most encrypted trojans.
Didn’t test kaspersky a paid anti virus.. but read good things on that one. So if ya want to pay money, get that one.
Oh and don’t bother with getting the cracked avira pro.. you’ll just be looking for a new key with every update.
1: Download avira free. Don’t install it yet.
2: Uninstall Norton worthless junk… and restart your pc.
3: Install Avira… and update it. Probably needs a restart after installing. so just update it afterwards.
4: Once avira is installed and updated. Disable system restore.
5: Scan with Avira.. remove the viruses… restart your pc.
6: Verify the viruses are gone… and Scan again with avira.
7: Viruses now gone? Now re-Enable system restore.
8: Done.
But these free malware scanners are also good at finding and removing some things.
Malwarebytes = http://malwarebytes.org - Click the free one.
Spybot search and destroy. = http://safer-networking.org/dl/  - Click the free one.

Dont use SuperAntiSpyware, definiately not recommended, use BleepingComputer to remove anything that you’ve infected

If Malwarebytes does not do the trick, then give Combo fix a go…Very powerful!..Has got rid of some nasty things from a friends PC.
I use Microsoft Security Essentials for real time virus and malware protection…and scan with Malwarebytes manually on occasions.
Free and easy, few false positives, regular updates, no adds or nags!
Before opening suspicious files you can check them here..
