Audio Delay In Encoded Videos

Hi, since last two days I’m getting 8ms-20ms audio delay in the encoded videos.
How can I sort out this problem?

Does this “Delay” happens in all media players or specific ones ?

It only shows in MediaInfo but its unrecognized when playing the videos

converting what to what ?
same delay thro the whole movie, it does not get more out of sync ?

on the org file, is the audio the same length as the video
if converted individually then muxed they may not be

Is it in the audio track or the container ? Did you install a codec pack ?
