Need a online youtube video downloader

As youtube is banned in my country so I cant download any video without using VPN that I don`t have. So I need sites like premium link generator. I already know about rapid8 and clipconveter but they don`t work that good.
Just tell me sites not about VPNs please.

If youtube is blocked by your country , then you will need to somehow get to it, this would normally require a VPN . Not aware of any sites that act like a webproxy to youtube … but then havent really looked into ot yet
