How to remove yahoo icon/avatar…

When I was sending emails to managers through craigslist on my yahoo mail account. One of them noticed that I have a picture of myself and he thought it was considered unprofessional, which I agree.
I was furious to find out that this has occurred. I didn’t attach or send any picture of myself, and I checked my signature to see if their was any pictures, none.
What picture is he possibly referring to and how do I delete this picture and make this never happen again?

PS: I remember a while back, somewhere around like 2003-2006 there was a spell where there was no option to remove your avatar/profile pic from Yahoo, how fail, lmao…
