Effective SEO on my html site

It is completely based on html and css.
I have used meta tags for SEO. But I am not getting enough traffic from Search Engines.
I have also bought 10000 backlinks but still I have not received enough traffic
Please help

Your site has nothing to offer that is not already available from many other reputable sources.

I don’t really understand the point to the website ??
Your website just gives me release dates to new upcoming music albums ??
If I want to know that kind of information, I would use Play.com
Why only code it in html & css ?? Why not work with WordPress? It would have been MUCH easier, and you could have had a search feature and a SEO plugin which would do everything for you – create meta tags / descriptions – ping Google when a new topic is made.
You should have done that instead. Do it now!! It’s not to late, you only have 34 posts so far.

How are you making post with out PHP or MySQL? Are you just editing the html and uploading it to create your post?
If so, then you seriously need to get a CMS!
