Windows 7 boot up screen shows loader XE

My friend came asking me how to make his win 7 home premium genuine,so i gave him windows XE loader. But the problem is that his win 7 has not changed. Loader XE dint work,now everytime during boot up i shows,
Windows
Windows 7 with Loader XE
My friend,he even formatted his c drive and installed a new copy of win 7 still when booting shows the same above.
Is there any solutions to remove this notification and to start up windows as usual.

reinstall 7 but this time delete and recreate the partition under advanced options
then use “Windows Loader v2.1” to activate it
