Best computer programs for Monitoring Diet and Workout

I don’t mind two different programs
The Diet trackers: I want something which calculates total calories and splits between Protein, Carb, Fat
Workout Program: Something to monitor increase in weights lifted
Sorry pretty vague but you get the idea
Any help would be great! Thanks
