[solved] why so slow?

I mean,it’s usually really slow,but this is takin a piss…
It took me 10 minutes to download a 4.4mb song 
30 seconds to load a page
Tried restarting the router,still slow.I even turned off Kasperski,but it didn’t help…tried all browser,still slow..
Maybe firewall’s making it slower?
Or it’s just that I live in an effed up country that charges us 3 times more than any other country and than doesn’t even give us the promissed over-payed speed? Or,is it because it’s friday night? 
Please help,it’s really annoying…

Which isp are you using?
Download Ccleaner. Run it clearing all your cache and everything. Run the registry cleaner. Fix the issues that it finds. Then open command prompt ipconfig /release then wait and then ipconfig /renew After you’ve done that then unplug modem and router for 3 minutes. Restart computer during this. If its still slow run malware bytes. if still slow call ISP.

Mate, this happened to me tonight, can't open page, download speed was max.10 kb/s, now it's better...Yup,looks like it wasn’t just me…
