parental control software

My son are driving me crazy! he didn’t study at all and only play FACEBOOK all the time
i used to saw a software in a cybercafe where we can lock a computer after your time is up.
meaning i pay for 2 hour and i get a code that need to be inserted to the computer. then i can play until the 2 hour is up and locked itself.
the 2 hour are useable up to the owner, either he wants to use only 30 minutes (and got 1 hour 30 minutes left for him)
i have no idea what the software name is…
is there any1 know where can i get the software, or any software that i can limit the usage my children use computer?

If your kid is computer smart, none of this will work and you will have to go back to real parenting =D
