[SOLVED]help with a downloaded file that i dont know where it is

Help i was downloading a 20gb file from with I.E and i accidentally switched off my pc. now i want to delete the file but cant find it (its not in my downloads folder) and its taking a lot of spece from my hdd. could someone help?

Maybe it’s on Temp folder. Follow this path:
C:\Windows\Temp\
