I’m not sure.
Was wondering the same.
Because i signed up to gmail with an account and on first having it and when i got mails the time they said i recieved them wasn’t my local time.
Down the track and now it’s synced to local time.
Country i put in for googles benefit isn’t my real country plus i’m using opera mini on my phone and that uses a proxy so again not my real country.
So how on earth are they getting my time zone?
Should we be scared lol
