Help with naming a Graphics Company

Hi, we need some help coming up with a new UNIQUE name for our Graphic Designing Company…
at the moment we’re called ‘Urban Kaos’, and have been since about 2003,
but, we’ve recently discovered a Dance Group called themselves the same thing and have the same website link as us except they got a – in it, well.. we have people emailing us all the time asking about Dance Lessons and its getting annoying!
we also found out about a ‘Urban Kaos Promotions’ over in Malta, plus another Promotions group aswell…
ALSO, when Googling Urban Kaos, some other random things came up, so we pretty much want to change the name and start fresh!
we have got our official Website but talked to our Host and they will change the Domain name for us so that aint a problem,
only thing is that our Logo, email, and website links are on CD Covers we’ve done, and Flyers etc so thats the only downfall really but still…. everyone who’s had designs from us will still know of us and pass work on etc anyway so no major big deal….

BUT, we wanted to be able to pick a word to put before ‘GFX’ which just.. isnt a word, if you know what I mean? I want people to be able to Google it and just find us… and be able to go onto Google Images and just see our work…
so yeah i’ve been trying to ‘make up’ a word that sounds decent but my brains starting to hurt, so…. i’ve come on here and hoping some of you can help us out abit.

Yeah they look and sound ok, BUT…… maybe something to do with Urban/Graffiti/HipHop
reason being, we designs things with more of a Urban twist to them, I dont think any of them will really stand out to the sort of people we design for.

Giraffex (simple init! )
I have to admit, the first thing Urban Chaos conveys to me is D&B/Hardcore music, but the name does not necessarily make the company more profitable.
You could call yourselves Thingmejig and still make it as a graphics company.
Google ??? ……… What the hell has that name got to do with internet searching ……. nothing!
Moonpig ???? ……. How does that name convey a company selling birthday cards ……….. it doesn’t.
So don’t get too hung up on a name that conveys graphics (gfx).
It’s your work that will make you millionaires mate, not the name of your website ……….. and your website will become well know no matter what it is called if the quality of your work comes up to scratch.

We really want to keep Urban Kaos as we’ve had it for years, but with a Dance Group now using it and Promoters etc, we just keep getting mixed up all the time with other people, really annoying!!!!

Your naming convention and it’s google-ability will be dependent upon your site build for traffic and spider hits. Keywords and relevant content on your page is what gets you ranked higher in Google.
You don’t want to get too cryptic with your name though, you want it to be unique but at the same time you want it easily remembered.

I know about Google, search us on there now and we’re second on the list (was first until the stupid dance group started) and we’ve got loads of pics on the Images etc…
but yeah, I was thinking like.. HoodCity GFX, or HoodStar GFX

there may be a down side to a name change
Urban Kaos seems to be a somewhat popular term and might actually gain you exposure thro crossover I understand your irritation at a similar name but maybe if you contact the dance group (and others if there) and offer them space or a link on your site and ask them to reciprocate it could be good for both of you
searching by a company name is done by people who already know you exist and probably have no problem finding you
