Redist folders question

Is it safe to delete these from games i have as they take up quite a bit of space or would deleting them cause any trouble ?

If the games are running then you already have them installed (from some previous game/app installation)
So YES, they are safe to delete – they are usually just visual c and direct x and NV physx sometimes.
