Concerning the HIMYM season 9 downloads

Bad?: Well, Sh*t. Anyway my question is, How come all the How I met Your Mother Season 9 downloads come in separate episodes? Are they only just being released on TV?
I thought the series ended already!

I don’t watch it, but it’s saying it’s the final season. When i looked it up to answer this topic, there are some things listed for next year.
