who is this singer ?

i saw a few seconds of a music video that a young person with goatee and mustache was singing a song that i guess belongs to 1960s. the song contained a word “jingo” if I’m right.
anyone has any idea who the singer or the song might be ?

Everyone im tje 60’s had a goatee and/or mustache. And just the one clue of “jingo” sounds to random.
