I.P changer uploading question

Does anyone know a i.p changing software that allows upload’s with a changed i.p ?
Want to upload some list’s of DvD online without my using my real i.p

No such thing as IP changing software, lol.
You need to use a VPN or a Proxy server.
Going to cost you if you want high speeds tho.
